Refund policy


Breeeazy Love Shop LLC only offers store credit for returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges are only accepted up to 5 days after delivery of online orders. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(order number works well, charge amount with account name works as well). 
If an item is stated as final sale on any forms of social media, “live sales” or our website the item will not be eligible for exchange or return.
For defective item claims, please contact us within 2 days of delivery date.

Update: Please do not send your purchase back to Breeeazy Love Shop  for sanitary purposes. You make keep the items and gift them to your loved ones!

Store Credit  (if applicable)
Once your email of your request store credit is  received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your store credit request item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and will be send to you via email as a coupon and will expire in one year from the date received. Please note we will first offer a replacement before issuing a store credit unless a store credit is necessary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be eligible for store credited by store credit . unfortunately sale items cannot be credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at please send pictures of your listed issues etc. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is approved, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Please do not return any items to Breeeazy Love Shop UNLESS stated otherwise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of exchange/replacement shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
